One of Colorado’s many ski destinations Keystone Resort was found in 1970. Nestled in a valley the area boasts the traditional feel of an Alpine village.
Keystone boasts four ski areas: Dercum Mountain, North Peak, the Outback and Independence Bowl. Dercum is great for beginners and intermediates, North Peak is for skiers who seek long bumpy trails, the Outback is the tallest mountain, Independence Bowl is unique because of snow it collects.
Keystone has something for everyone. Snow tubing and snow biking are both great ways to see the view and ice skating is another way to take in fresh mountain air.
