		TIS – is the first municipal tourist information service in Yekaterinburg, which brings together all the components of the hospitality industry in Yekaterinburg into a single information space. TIS was established in 2005 at the Municipal Institution – «The Capital of the Urals». It is a significant project of the city administration and is aimed to create a favorable image of Yekaterinburg.

		The concept of the "Red izba" was the result of cooperation with Strasbourg (France), sister city of Veliky Novgorod. Project dedicated to the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Veliky Novgorod. Project was financed through a program of the European Union TACIS - Twin Cities. The main purpose of the Partnership - the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Novgorod and the Novgorod region.
